New Coordinator.
Margot Carpenter announced at the last committee meeting that she
proposed to retire after 26 years of service to the AVB, the majority
of them in the coordinator's role. We thank Margot for all the hard,
selfless work that she has put in over such a long period, without
which the Bureau would have struggled. Eileen Hayward, who has been
manning the office on Wednesdays, has agreed to take on the
coordinator's role, officially with effect from today.

produces against a search on Ascot Volunteer Bureau was incorrect. It
was showing us as being in Sunningdale Village Hall!! This information
was not input to the Google system by us. After a certain amount of
pain we have eventually managed to correct the information and Google
now shows the correct map and contact details.
